CO-VID 19 Customer Information and FAQ  


Q. Is your store open?
Yes, we are open, 9 to 6 Monday to Saturday. We have a one way system in the shop and we are adhering to Government Guidelines concerning customer and staff safety. We provide a hand sanitizing station at the entrance and exit to the store. Our one way is highlighted by arrows on the floor and our checkout area is screened. 

We would ask all customers, were it is possible to wear a face mask in store.

Q. Can I still order online?
Yes, you can order as normal and have it delivered to your door. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver items marked, "In Store Only".

Q. Can I still get my local order delivered?
Our delivery man Jim, is working hard to provide our local area with these essential deliveries. However for his safety and yours we require that all payments are made prior to delivery and that no contact is made with the driver. He will operate a drop and go service, and you will be informed when the delivery has arrived.

Q. Can I still get my appliance installed?
Unfortunately during this period we cannot install an appliance. We still can deliver it, but we cannot enter a property unless the area is sanitized and vacated.

Q. Can I still use Click & Collect online?
Click and collect is again available.
